Tody people are spending a very busy life. They don't have any time to engage in any leisure time activities. People are running after for earning money. This situation has created a lot of social and health problems in the society. It is said that lack of physical exercises, is one of the main reasons for these healthy problems.
Physical fitness is very important to have a healthy body. Physical fitness helps us to engage in daily activities and sports without being tired.
As well as, when we do exercises we burn calories, when we burn calories regularly we don't become over weight. Exercises help to maintain a healthy weight.
Further, regular exercises help to prevent illnesses, exercises bring down unhealthy cholesterol level and minimize the risk of heart disease.
Apart from that, if you are physically activeyou will sleep better that night.
As a result of this you will become a stress free person.
In modern society people keep away from physical activities because of smart phones and addiction.
This is very harmful to our health. Though we said doing exercise are different and monotonous, we can make exercises interesting.
